1- Set your goals: Set your short-term (weekly, monthly), medium-term (3–4 months annually) and long-term (2–3 years and longer goals, ideals, etc.) goals. Sort from the shortest to the longest, and save it on a sheet of paper or on electronic media. Do not write very detailed. Remember, you’re just writing your goals, not everything you need to do. A maximum of 20–25 targets is a good number, and more can mean that you have elaborated. 2- Build your priorities according to these goals: The goals you set above do not have to be career-related. You may also have set goals for your family. Think of these goals as your compass. 3- Make and use lists: Your brain is not designed to remember everything. If you give him the task of remembering everything, you are wasting time and energy in dealing with the problems that he must solve. So write down everything you can think of. It’s an idea, a job you have to do, and so on. can. Start with writing down the goals you created above. Lists will help you a lot in managing your life. It also allows you to make healthier decisions about where to spend your time. Whether you use a paper-pen or an electronic to-do program. No matter what you use, whichever comes easy to you. 5- Use Calendar: Whether on electronic or paper, you must have a calendar. For your important tasks that will take time – for example, preparing a year-end report, helping your child with the exam work – take time in your calendar. Do not write everything you do on the calendar. Use the lists for your actions. Just take time on the calendar for jobs that will take a lot of time and have to work undisturbed. Look at your calendar every day or the day before and plan your day. When planning, try to prioritize tasks that will take you to the goals you set above.
6- Restrict your use of the Internet, especially social media: If your business is not related to social media, decide how many hours you want to spend on the day on facebook, twitter, etc. and set specific times to enter social media. You can also use programs made for this purpose.
7- Learn to say no: You cannot always do everything that is asked of you. Check your calendar and list before you say yes to anything you are asked for. How inevitable is this? And how much does this serve for your purposes? Make your decision to say yes or no after answering these questions.

10- Have routines in your life. Create specific routines before starting work, getting up in the morning, or before leaving work.
